Notes from the 2012 committee meeting.
1. The 2012 committee is responsible for the hospitality room on Friday night at mid winter. This year it will be in Gettysburg at the Wyndham. More details
We are looking for people to bring some finger food and also a few people to help with the set up and to sell raffle tickets. Use the form below to sign up
2. We still have shirts, sweatshirts, jackets & pins for sale. When we sell out of the different sizes we will take orders so that every will still be able to get the logowear they need.
3. More great fund raising functions that we will be doing.
a. Judy Morgan's Hamloaf dinner - April 9, 2011 (more details to come)
b. Cow Patty BINGO at the Cedar Grove in Harrisburg - Oct. 2011
4. Fund raising idea's for mid winter.
a. Chance a Lab Quilt. Tickets will be 6 for $5.
b. Coal Bucket of Cheer - looking for donated bottles, see form below.
c. TCL/DeMolay clocks
